Shanghai 3S Tech's microchannel photoreactor utilizes micron-scale channels integrated with high-transmittance quartz/glass materials and an LED light source system, enabling precise spectral control across 365–975 nm.

 Its surface-area-to-volume ratio exceeds that of conventional reactors by 100-fold, coupled with laminar shear effects, reducing nitration reaction times from hours to minutes while achieving >99% product purity. 

The modular design supports multi-channel parallel operation with a minimum liquid holdup of 20 mL, and real-time temperature control maintains ±1°C stability during highly exothermic reactions, lowering process risks by 90%. 

It is widely applied in photocatalytic synthesis, new energy material preparation, and environmental pollutant degradation.
